Shipping & Returns

International Shipping:

If you order goods from our site for delivery outside of the USA, they may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are decided when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes; we do not have any control over these charges. If you are concerned about import fees and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.


Returning Items:

You may return any item shipped by Wisdom Natural Brands®, as long as it meets the following conditions: 

  • You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • Bulk order sales are final. If you believe your returns request should be assessed beyond our listed return policy for bulk orders (i.e. for damages, defects, etc.), please contact customer care for further assistance (1-800-899-9908).


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately (1-800-899-9908). Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected products, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. 

Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by a Customer Care Specialist.


Return Shipping and Processing 

All items, regardless of the reason for return will require a RMA number; items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned back to you at your expense. To obtain an RMA number please contact one of our Customer Care Specialist (1-800-899-9908). If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution centre undamaged. Padded envelopes are not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as items may be crushed during transit. Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit. 

We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). Please contact one of our Customer Care Specialist to discuss the return charges and obtain an RMA number. 

Once we receive your return, we will ship a replacement order within 1-2 days of receipt or we will issue a credit/refund within 30 days and send you an e-mail confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and 20% of the value of the order, (as a re-stocking fee). We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s).

Refunds are not available if you choose International Airmail as a shipping method and your order is lost.
